The Department of Education invites responses for the provision of Priority Manager services and Priority Manager-Lead service for Australia’s Economic Accelerator (AEA) program in accordance with a Request for Tender.
The Department has decided to exercise its right to terminate the Australia's Economic Accelerator (AEA) Priority Manager Service and Priority Manager Lead Service Request for Tender (RFT) (ATM ID ESES24/521783) in accordance with paragraph 4.3 of the RFT. This RFT process has now been terminated as of 10 January 2025.
The Department has issued a new request for tender for AEA Priority Manager and Priority Manager-Lead services (ESES24/577956) which is intended to replace the RFT.
AEA Priority Managers are responsible for leading the Department of Education’s efforts in supporting translation and commercialisation activities aligned with national research translation and commercialisation priorities.
The AEA Priority Manager-Lead will oversee the Priority Managers in engaging with eligible universities and university colleges (applicants) on the grant application process, providing specialist research commercialisation advice to potential applicants as required, and assessing the strength of the grant applications’ commercialisation pathways, market potential and commercial viability.
